Everything is baked in house and we create with the seasons, source locally with organic and natural foods.
From our mouth-watering fresh croissants, cookies or a selection of daily pastries ranging from pain au chocolat to a gluten free banana bread we satisfy all of the cravings.
Our coffee is roasted in the Pemberton Valley and our tea comes from Squamish.
And we bake bread on the daily (potato, baguette, ciabatta + daily creations)...
